The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the Christmas markets and festivities. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they provided us with all the necessary information about the city and its sights.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, with the shower being especially difficult to use. the breakfast was decent, but it lacked variety and quality.

We were actually surprised to find out that the room we booked was actually a suite, and at a very affordable price. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city, facing the main square. This meant that we had easy access to transportation, as well as numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stylish and neat room, and an option for a parking place in the garage for an additional fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they sorted out a problem we had with our room. All in all, we had a great stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage at reception upon checkout to stroll the town without being weighed down. The location was perfect - right in the heart of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and served until 10 am, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely morning before exploring.
It was cramped with barely enough room for the furniture and definitely not enough for three guests. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Located right in the heart of the city, this hotel has a fantastic location with everything in close proximity and easy access to key attractions. the rooms feature all the basic amenities you would expect, including comfortable bedding and a decent bathroom, and despite some minor wear and tear, everything is well-maintained. the hotel provides a tasty breakfast spread each morning that will keep you fuelled up for the day ahead.
The reception and communication services could use some improvement, making it hard to get the information you need from staff.

the hotel provided a parking place in a close garage for an additional price. The location directly in the center of the city was a major plus for us, and the staff spoke English.
It was all superb.
